Nestled in the vibrant landscapes of Ba, Fiji, Roofing & Profiles (Fiji) Pte Ltd (RPFL) stands tall as a beacon of excellence and innovation in the construction industry. RPFL was founded in 2002, and over the past 22 years, we have evolved into the one of the largest manufacturers and market leaders in roofing products. Our state-of-the-art, fully automated manufacturing facilities are integrated with advanced controls and Lean Manufacturing Systems enabled by IoT and a world-class ERP system (SAP-HANA). This ensures seamless integration of operations with quality and revenue streams. We also adhere to the highest quality standards, certified through ISO 9001:2015 (QMS) and ISO 18001 (OHSAS).
In 2022, Roofing & Profiles (Fiji) Pte Ltd was once again celebrated for their commitment to business excellence with the coveted “Fiji Business Excellence Award 2022”. This recognition underscores their unwavering dedication to upholding the highest standards of quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.
We specialize in manufacturing a wide range of roofing profiles such as CorruDek®, SuperDek®, TileDek®, 1 Degree®, and Multispan®, all rigorously tested for cyclonic conditions at the renowned James Cook University. These products are available in Colorbond®, Zincalume®, and galvanized coatings and represent only a portion of our offerings. We also provide complementary products such as galvanised Z450 purlins, flashings, gutters, accessories, Edmonds Hurricane® ventilators, Kingspan® & CSR® insulation, Bremick BRA® B8 screws, FlorDek® structural decking systems, prefab structural steel industrial buildings, cold-formed prefabricated housing, barns, and garden sheds.

Company History

Our Heritage

The path to R. C. Manubhai Group of Companies began in the 1920’s with two incredible and visionary entrepreneurs – brothers Dahyabhai V Patel and Raojibhai V Patel. Their pioneering work and sustained growth were the foundations of the company we know today. The brothers, having arrived from Dharmaj (Gujarat State), India, established a humble grocery business in the rural community of Korovuto (10kms from Ba Town). The business was known as D. V. Patel & Sons. Following the success of the first shop, a second shop was set up in Nabatolu.
In mid-1940’s, Raojibhai left the business to seek other opportunities and started his frontline sales career working as a sales assistant for A. N. Patel & Sons (Ba, Fiji) – one of the pioneers of the Hardware business in Fiji. In 1950 he was later joined by his nephews Manubhai, Jayantibhai, and Ramanbhai.
In 1960, Raojibhai and Manubhai setup their own local Grocery and Hardware business named: R.C.Manubhai & Company in Ganga Singh Street, Ba Town. Raojibhai’s son, Chandrakant R Patel, joined the business in 1962 and became the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer in 1968 after the passing away of brother Manubhai Patel.
In 1969, following the success of the grocery and hardware business, the shop was eventually moved to newer larger premises in Ba Market Sub-Division where the company still maintains its corporate head office. The Korovuto store was eventually closed in 1975 following which Jayantibhai joined the family business in Ba Town.
By mid-1980’s, R.C.Manubhai & Company become the Most Trusted Name in hardware business and emerged as market leader in Hardware, Building Materials and Steel. With the growth witnessed by Fiji’s economy, R.C.Manubhai & Company vertically integrated hardware business to cater for the increasing demand from the growing Construction, Sugar Milling, Mining, Engineering and Utilities sectors.
From disastrous fires in the earlier years of establishment to devastating hurricanes, cyclones and floods, and the negative effects of the various coups, the company’s vision and progress never stopped. Boasting from a single outlet, the company today has ten major retail outlets Fiji-wide plus three manufacturing units, construction related outlets and glass & aluminium unit and various investments in companies like Vision Group operators of Courts retail outlets and Hilton Hotels. Of course, this would not have been possible without the solid foundation laid down by the founders mentioned above.
Over the 1990’s and 2000’s, the organization continued to expand its operations through opening new retail branches in Suva, Valelevu, Nadi, Tavua, Rakiraki, Labasa, Lautoka, Nausori, Navua and Savusavu. In addition, the organization has invested heavily in establishing several local manufacturing facilities and is now the largest manufacturer of foam mattresses, wire mesh, roofing sheets, purlins and other prestige products making the nation proud with made in Fiji products. In addition, the Group is an importer and supplier of glass and aluminium products.

About our Store

Roofing & Profiles (Fiji) PTE Limited is located approximately 2.5km away from Ba town towards Lautoka. The company was established in year 2002 with fifteen staff but now it employs 110 staff with modern sophisticated, automated (PLC) machines.
Our products include Corrudek®, Superdek® and Purlins. These are available in Colorbond® (a reliable long lasting pre-painted steel product), Zincalume® (zinc/aluminum alloy coating), Galvanised and Aluminium.
Roofing & profiles (Fiji) PTE Limited also specialises in Pre-Engineered Design Buildings which offers more than 65 standard steel buildings to choose from to meet both the aesthetic and functional needs of any consumer.
Our steel buildings can be utilized for a multitude of projects ranging from a small backyard shop to a large airplane hanger for eg, residential buildings, warehouses, truck storage, offices, and agricultural buildings. We offer a variety of sizes that can be expanded even after your steel building is constructed.
Our engineers have designed a unique apex and haunch bracket system, which allows standard steel commodities to form a superior steel structure building. These steel buildings are available in dimensions ranging from garden sheds to industrial buildings.
Our designs offer various feature such as color selections roller shutters, windows, personal access, lean-tos, mezzanine floors, partitions, stairs, skylights, roof vents and insulations to suit all needs.

The company has also ventured into other manufacturing units with the first one starting in 1979, with a vision of Late Chandrakant R Patel to diversify into other prospective businesses. The company Manubhai Industries Limited was formed and a factory was set up to manufacture Polyurethane Foam Mattresses and related products.
