The following roles are vacant in R.C. Manubhai & Co. Pte Ltd Suva – Trainee Positions

Your responsibilities will consist of

  • Timber Tallyman
  • Ensure all the yard orders are processed on time and return back to sales team for invoicing.
  • At the time of picking make sure correct variant length, size types are picked for customer delivery and branch transfer.
  • Assist in loading and unloading of items.
  • Ensuring that all trucks are properly loaded with items and dispersed on on-time
  • Comply with Health & Safety Requirements by following the OHS procedures and wearing Personal
  • Reporting matters to Timber Yard Supervisor
  • Timber Machinist
  • Ensure that at all times Pine Posts /Skirting /Timbers are stacked and labeled in the racks based on its variant, size, type and length wise
  • At the time of receiving make sure correct variant length, size type is received
  • Ensure all the yard orders are processed on time and return back to sales team for invoicing.
  • At the time of picking make sure correct variant length, size types are picked for customer delivery and branch transfer.
  • Timber Foreman
  • Follow up receipt of goods for the items received for the section based on the order placed by checking Supplier’s name, date, delivery note number, order number, order quantity etc. and ensure goods are received in first time right quality and in the right quantity.
  • Monitor that items are maintained in good condition and make arrangements for the prevention of items and take adequate precautions against theft, fire, effects of weather in liaising with the Yard in charge/Yard supervisor.
