RC Manubhai & Co. Pte Ltd is a fast expanding company in the Hardware & Building Materials sector strategically focused in the Retail, Corporate, Project and Export business network. We are looking for an experienced & result oriented personnel for the position of Branch Manager to be based in the RCM Navua Branch. If you are confident, enthusiastic and would like to work in a Modern Retail Outlet, we would like to hear from you.
Your responsibilities will consist of
- Driving the retail and trade business, sales and profit margins, contributing to the overall running and success of the business
- Meeting and exceeding all sales targets and KPIs of the business
- Oversee the complete operations of the inventory management, merchandising, stock ordering, and store presentation
- Motivate, drive and up skill your team to build capacity and deliver fantastic results
- Branch people and performance management
Your Skills and Experience
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding targets and budgets
- Drive to deliver the highest level of customer service
- Sound sales and operational management experience
- Previous experience in managing a retail business
